Art For All Turns 2!

This month we are celebrating Art For All‘s 2nd birthday. We are pleased with our new non-profit’s development and continuation of our mission.

Our goal is to empower people with disabilities to create and exhibit their art in the greater Puget Sound area, to connect various organizations serving adults with disabilities, and to foster healthy lifestyle choices that promote social, mental, and physical well-being.

Here is a look back on a few achievements from the last year:

Several field trips to area museums.

The return of Jill & Andy’s weekly Glee and Drama classes now known as “SuperStar Theatre” and restarting our annukal “Superstar Theater Showcase” Performance December 2023

The start of our own quarterly “Zine” publication.

Volunteering in the Arts community. Here at the Paramount Theatre April 2024.

We continue to have success and high participation in our weekly Get Fit Club zoom meetings where we focus on health and wellness, both physical and emotional.

Many successful Art Shows and Sales at area Festivals

Certified AFA instructors to now host “TimeSlips” sessions to those with memory loss/dementia.

Fun Projects and Connections Gallery
All of this made possible by our wonderful class participants, their families, caregivers, and our caring volunteers.

Thank you for a great 2nd year!!
