We have been busy offering classes, holding community centered events for our artists, and doing outreach for our artists in galleries, festivals, and farmer’s markets!

We had our very first Culture Club outing hosted at the wonderful Heart Art Studios, Cynthia, the owner, graciously donated the space for our use. We celebrated the vibrant culture of Mexico with mask art and boosted our foreign language skills with the help of volunteer Linda. The evening was topped off with a wonderful Mexican meal at Azteca restaurant. Join us in July for our next Culture Club. We will be exploring the wonderful culture of West Africa with a new friend Grace.
Our last Graphite was a fun time of making art for the upcoming Edmonds Arts Festival. Our community art friends and volunteers helped to create fun ceramic birds on a wire and painted more peace poles. We enjoyed live folk music from Lynn Applegate and family.
